If you paid for a product but inside the membership you are being blocked from accessing the product either..

A. Log into your jvzoo customer portal and reregister for the last OTO product you purchased. 


B. Please submit a support ticket with

1.  The product name you are trying to access

2. Your information and email you used to register

3. Confirmation of the purchase. Can be either your JVzoo receipt or PayPal receipt.
